Updates are the easy part. A Care Plan is everything that keeps a WordPress site safe to update: backups you can restore, monitoring that tells us first, and a monthly report of what we did.

WooCommerce maintenance

Online stores get extra care.

Most of the sites we look after take payments. A broken checkout costs sales by the hour, so WooCommerce stores get more than plugin updates:

  • A backup before every update, and store pages checked after
  • Risky updates timed around your trading, not in the middle of a sale
  • Stock, shipping and integration syncs watched for failures
  • Database and order data backed up daily, off-site

A Care Plan is priced on what your site needs, not picked from a menu. What sets the price:

  • How big the site is, and how many plugins it runs
  • Whether it’s an online store taking payments
  • How much changes month to month
  • Who hosts it, and how much of the setup we manage

The Health Check ($499) tells us exactly what you’re running, so the price is set on facts. Month to month. Paid monthly in advance. Cancel any time before your next month. Months already started aren’t refunded.
