Our custom web development process
Every build follows the same path: no surprises, no scope creep halfway through:
1. Initial onboarding
Let's meet and discuss in detail more about your project - specifically design preferences, functionality requirements, and target audience. We want to holistically understand what we're working towards.
2. Project scoping and quoting
We don't design websites ourselves. We partner with trusted designers. Once we've got a sitemap and an approved design to work from (yours, or a design partner's), we'll put together a clear scope and quote: timelines, milestones, and exactly what you'll get.
3. We build your solution
We block out and get to work to convert your design and requirements to a fully functional website, typically within 4-8 weeks depending on its size and complexity.
4. Demo and content entry
After our build, we will record a basic video walkthrough and hand over the website for content entry and testing, which is usually a 4-week period to make sure the website is free of errors.
5. Launch
We launch the website and provide 2 weeks of bug fixing.
6. Ongoing support
After the bug fixing we optionally provide ongoingwebsite maintenance and ad-hoc changes to ensure the website's continued success
